I have always had a healthy lifestyle since I was young, but wanted to supplement my eating regime with something to help me cut down on my food intake yet give me the needed and essential protein, vitamins etc.
So, Heather gave my husband and I a demonstration of her wide range of products. It was a very enlightening presentation and I saw how there are a variety of products which could suit all needs.

My husband and I are very keen cyclists in our spare time.
And having just joined our local cycling club we are physically pushing ourselves to the limit.
This, naturally results in tired, aching and sore muscles!
We have been using the usual chemist muscle rubs, but didn’t really like putting all of those artificial substances on our body after each ride.
We lead a pretty healthy lifestyle generally and so have been searching for an alternative muscle rub.
Heather then introduced us to ‘Pure Col’ muscle lotion.
Already, knowing this contained the oils of Wintergreen, Eucalyptus, Cinnamon and Clove Leaf as well as Menthol, Aloe Vera and other natural ingredients, we knew we were onto a winner.
