Business Description
We are a flexible HR Consultancy offering HR advice, guidance and support to small and medium sized businesses who have little or no HR support of their own.
We love helping businesses who may not need constant HR support, instead working on their requirements by way of a project and then leaving them to take that forward on their own.
We do offer retained contracts as well but we these will not be lengthy or pushy.
We are currently looking for more pre-school or nursery businesses and we have now got some specialist knowledge in these areas.
Accreditations & Qualifications
All of our Consultants are members of the CIPD at Associate level. Kellie is also a Business Law Graduate.
We come from employment backgrounds in Manufacturing, IT, Recruitment and Retail.
Our most recent clients have been Agriculture, IT software, Kindergartens and Retail.
