Altitude 501 limited was formed in 2011 by Richard Jackson who is Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 30 years experience  in the construction industry. We provide construction cost mangement and quantity surveying services to companies and private individuals who are undertaking construction projects. Working in the private and public sectors we cover all sectors of construction. Our particular specialisms are in housing, especially one off properties ranging up to multi-million pounds in value and covering affordable housing at the other end of the sectrum. We also have extensive experience of education, commercial and hotel construction. We provide early cost advice at inception stage, through feasibility stage to tender and then cost mange projects through to completion.
