The Mortgage Lounge is a trading style of Assured Home Solutions Ltd was formed in 2010 to deliver a specific contract to Local Authorities in the West Midlands and subsequently Nationwide, within the specialist Equity Release arena,providing financial advice to a vulnerable client base that is unable to access traditional "High Street" loans.
As a result of our success and reputation of delivering an ethical and professional advice service, we have become the preferred provider of more traditional Mortgage Services to Estate Agents, Housing Associations,Solicitors, Accountants and other Financial Services Advisers.
All our referrals are provided by professional introductions, where we develop solid business relationships and share in each others success through trust in the knowledge that the clients needs will always come first.
Although our extensive knowledge and experience in Equity Release gives us the market edge against other "Mortgage Brokers", due to our whole of market offering and the type of Introducers that we work with, we are providing more and more Buy to Let Mortgages to Investors as well as advice to First time Buyers.

Myself and all our Mortgage Consultants are FPC, CeMAP and Equity Release Qualified and Authorised.
More importantly I have 27 years experience of working with Clients and Introducers. Working in an Area Manager capacity for Zurich, Halifax and a national chain of Estate Agents, has given me the tools, experience and knowledge to be able to deliver excellent service to you and your clients.
