Business Description

Hello, and thank you for viewing my page. I am a freelance commercial photographer with more than 20 years experience, gained initially in design groups and photographic studios within the Midlands, before setting up my own Solihull-based studio some nine years ago.

Over the years, I have helped companies across most sectors to sell their products more effectively by using photography in a creative, dynamic way. Whether in the studio or on location, I believe getting the lighting right is all important, and I get great pleasure in making the most mundane of products come to life on the printed page or on the web. Through the right lighting, lateral thinking and a little trickery, I am able to add value to any photographic job, and take a pride in achieving exceptional results.

I would ask anyone reading this page who may currently commission photography to take a look at their existing photography and, whether it features a product, person or place, to ask: “Does it do justice to the subject matter? Does it add value? Will it attract attention?”

I am very passionate about what I do, and don’t believe good photography should be cost-prohibitive. For this reason, I aim to be very flexible when it comes to price and will try to work to your budget. I can work by the hour, day or per shot, as required, and all images are supplied as colour-corrected Hi-Res files on DVD, with fast turnaround assured.

Specialties

Studio or location. All sectors covered – consumer, retail, PR, corporate. Still life is my speciality, but I am happy to do lifestyle and people shots.
In particular, I am something of a shoe specialist – ladies fashion, sportswear, men’s handmade shoes, boots, children’s’
