In other words I coach people in changing their diet to include the process of eliminating wastes and toxins from your cells, organs, and bloodstream. This is done through a change in diet to cleansing foods, eliminating processed sludge-producing foods, and adding a series of important cleansing skills to your daily regimen. It worked for me.
