Business Description
I am a Project Professional and Cost Management Consultant. I work with Finance Directors in the UK introducing them to more tactical and strategic purchasing, supplier management and process improvements. My role as a Project and Cost Consultant sits between the recommendations from the Management Accountants / Annual Report by the retained Accountants and the FD, enabling the business to implement changes that deliver against perfomance improvement plans. I supply the "how".
