Total Construction Services was established in 1986 and offer domestic and commercial building services to customers predominantly in Welling, Bexleyheath and Sidcup but cover all surrounding areas in South East London and North Kent.
Whether you are looking for a garden wall, patio or new extension we have the knowledge and experience to take on your building project. We can help and advise with your plans for any size building project, from conception to completion. We are a family-run business, who undertake all kinds of building work. We specialise in domestic extensions and conversions.
Our proprietor Mike Young has also undertaken contracts for the BBC Home Front program as project manager, working alongside Laurence Llewellyn-Bowen and Diarmuid Gavin - turning their ideas into reality! I recently did some work for Mike on a loft conversion he was working on, and i have say the way the site was run, was first class {ive worked on quiet a few}from the respect shown for customers property to end finish of the project which was to the highest standard i would not hesitate in recommending mike and his company to anyone and would happily let him work on my own house
