Refunds against payments made to Business over Breakfast Ltd or the authorised licence operator including Evolve Business Networking Ltd; will only be given against Registration fees paid for any Business over Breakfast club that is in Formation that fails to open within 9 months of the payment being made. Refunds will be made by either cheque which will be forwarded to the address provided on the membership application form if the original payment was made by cheque or BACS payment. Alternatively, the refund may be paid back to the member's credit card if the Registration fee was paid by Credit Card. Business over Breakfast Ltd or the authorised licence operator including Evolve Business Networking Ltd will offer a transfer of membership to another operational Business over Breakfast club providing that the club has a vacancy for that member's business category.
