Quite often, IT support is the security that we don’t arrange until it’s too late. Thankfully, I did not make this mistake, and I arranged my IT support with Lee's company, just in time. Having met Lee recently through BoB Clubs, it was clear from the onset that he has an enormous amount of knowledge about IT and IT security. This, coupled with the fact that Eitex offer fantastic support packages, which suits the smaller 'one man band' business, like mine, made my decision, to choose Eitex, easy. For just a small amount of money each month, I now have total peace of mind that if something goes wrong with my IT, Eitex are just a phone call away. Also, the off-site back-up service means that no matter what happens, I've got it covered. Ironically, just days after signing up with Eitex, I had problems with my laptop, which we later discovered was due to a virus. Marc, who works with Lee, was extremely knowledgeable, experienced, professional, helpful and polite. The service I received was outstanding, and via remote access, my laptop was up and running within a couple of hours. This saved me time, stress and money.
