Nicola is a corporate and insolvency solicitor based in our Preston office.
Nicola joined the firm in December 2016 as a senior associate and heads up our corporate team in Preston. She previously spent 11 years in a regional law firm where she qualified as a solicitor in 2008. Nicola has acted on a broad range of corporate transactions in her career both on a solvent and insolvent basis.
Nicola advises and assists a range of corporate clients, from SMEs to large corporates, and has particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, MBOs, joint ventures and retirement sales.
Nicola has considerable experience in the insolvency field acting for insolvency practitioners both pre and post appointment. Nicola also advises financial institutions, company directors, shareholders and other stakeholders faced with the onset of insolvency. Nicola’s insolvency expertise includes dealing with both non-contentious and contentious insolvency cases.
