My commercial background is sales and marketing, initially on the client side but largely on the agency side. I run a business called Fifty3, combining brand marketing, copywriting and sales promotion with music interests. I write for the leading US music website Consequence of Sound and for breakthrough artiste site, BestNewBands. I'm also a judge for Glastonbury Festival's annual Emerging Talent Contest.
I am experienced in all aspects of marketing services including advertising, branding, design & promotion and work through the line with leading brands and innovators. My USP is to offer a clear vision for the busy marketer supported by sound advice, creative ideas and practical project management. I believe in rolling up sleeves and doing fewer things better!
My specialisms are creative & copy writing, promotional ideas, brand names and propositions, and music journalism.
