Steve visited me for a general chat, as I didn't believe that he would be able to assist me with a remortgage due to my own circumstances, however he took the time to thoroughly understand what I needed and went away and researched the market. Within 24 hours he came back to me, with a buy to let mortgage deal that surpassed the deal I was currently on, and fitted my criteria. Steven worked with us from May 2014 to completion in October to arrange a complex range of mortgage products that involved 2 re-mortgages and a purchase mortgage.
Steven spent a great deal of time explaining our various options; that included weekends to suit our availability, and was always extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the range of products available. He kept us informed and updated every step of the way and even found a way of saving us more money which was a very welcome and unexpected surprise despite meaning extra work for him to complete.
