Common issues seen by Osteopaths:

  • Acute and chronic aches and pains in the spine and joints
  • Sciatica
  • Muscle tension
  • Headaches & migraines
  • General aches and pains in pregnancy
  • Digestive problems
  • Neuralgia
  • Sports injuries
  • Inability to relax

Osteopaths look at the whole body to identify the underlying cause rather than just treating a symptom

Rochelle has recently trained in The Perrin Technique which may be beneficial in treating the symptoms of Chronic Fatigue. Please contact her if you are interested in finding out more.

Accreditations & Qualifications

In 2004 Rochelle commenced her Osteopathic training at Oxford Brookes University on the 5 year part time course qualifying in 2009 with a 2:1 Honours degree in Osteopathy. Since qualifying she has developed her interest in cranial osteopathy and treating babies, children and pregnant women. Rochelle is due to complete a Diploma in Paediatric Osteopathy this year. She is also a member of the Sutherland Cranial College of Osteopathy and is on their learning pathway. Rochelle first became interested in Osteopathy in 1997 when she had treatment for her own bad back. She is continually inspired by osteopathic treatment and its positive effects on so many different ailments. Having worked in the NHS for 12 years as a general and children's nurse, Rochelle believes that Osteopathy can offer people a way of improving their health and well-being, working alongside the medical approach to health care.

Phoebe joined the clinic last year after qualifying as an Osteopath from Swansea University. During her training, Phoebe has gained experience working in both private and NHS clinics. She has an interest in sports injuries & rehabilitation and a special interest in working with horses and their riders.
