At Paradigm Wills and Legal Services we offer a professional, ethical and competent service specialising in all aspects of Estate Planning. Once we fully understand the client we are able to give the best advice and explain how the advice given is relevant to them. No matter how simple or complex your situation, with our experience we can tailor make solutions for every individual/couple even if it requires advance trust planning or advanced tax planning.

Planning your estate is the most important thing you can do to retain and protect your assets so they can be passed on to loved ones as per your wishes. The absence of a Will can cause problems, heartbreak, financial hardship and potentially family disputes.

It is a common belief that, if you are married or in a civil partnership, your spouse or civil partner will automatically inherit everything you own when you die. In fact, the law sets out rules that determine how your assets are to be divided if you should die without leaving a Will. Because of this, everyone should have a Will; this is particularly true if you own property, are married, have entered a civil partnership or have a long-term partner. It also applies if you have children or other dependants, or if you wish to leave something to someone who is not a close family member.

Appointments with clients can be conducted in the privacy and comfort of their homes at a time that is convenient for them, therefore this will include evenings and weekends.
