Lydia did a fabulous job of arranging a very special 50th birthday surprise holiday for my partner. Unfortunately, we were unable to go and had to cancel for personal reasons; Lydia really stepped up to sort out the cancellation during what was a trying time for us. I really cannot recommend Lydia highly enough and hopefully, we will be able to book a replacement trip soon.

I recently engaged the services of Lydia, when my daughters and I needed to travel to Australia. I had never used a travel counsellor before, believing that I could arrange everything myself online. All along the way, Lydia was in the background making sure that everything went to plan and when changes did need to be made, she was able to organise that for us. Thanks to Lydia I have managed to book up a dream trip for a surprise wedding anniversary gift for my wife. Having Lydia arrange the trip took all the agravation of sorting it out myself away, I jut gave her my idea and she has organised a fantastic trip for us.
