Business Description

Unitty provide a bespoke cleaning, grounds maintenance, property maintenance and roofing service to all sectors. These services include anything from standardised office cleaning to complete re-roofs on your property.

Cleaning: Basic office cleaning - touch points, hard surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, internal window cleaning, external window cleaning, high level window cleaning (using a pure water pole fed system), communal area cleaning, lightshade dusting and cleaning, touch point cleaning, dust extraction, polishing, buffing. Trauma cleaning, Biohazard cleaning and removal, foul and offensive waste cleaning and removal. Needle sweeps and more.

Grounds Maintenance: Lawn cutting, hedge trimming, border trimming, gum removal, graffiti removal, guano removal, litter picking, waste removal, hazardous waste removal, foul and offensive waste removal, car park washing (via use of a vehicle mounted pressure washing system), line marking and soft-scaping projects.

Property Maintenance: Building repair, roof repair, cladding repair and cleaning, building works, gutter maintenance and cleaning, all aspects of roofing via our in-house team.
