Some 12 years ago, Andy, who had an excellent reputation then, laid some carpet for one of my customers and my aunt. My aunt's carpet has worn well, despite, rather than because, of her! Recently my aunt managed to flood the first floor landing of her house; Andy, true to form, carried out corrective work at very short notice and reasonable cost.
