Admin and PA Support in Yorkshire and the UK
Your time is precious. Time is the only thing that we can't replace; once it's gone, it's gone. So just imagine how you would feel if you woke up tomorrow morning to find that your To Do list had been cut in half. That's what Lifeline PA Services can help you achieve. We provide outsourced admin and PA support to the proud owners of busy businesses and hectic home lives. This helps you to de-clutter your schedule so that you have time to spend on the important areas of your business: your client work, prospecting for new clients, developing your business etc. Tasks we can provide help and support with include (but are not restricted to):
- diary management,
- CRM systems,
- document production and typesetting,
- mail merges,
- email marketing,
- Internet research,
- bookkeeping and bank reconciliation within online accounts systems,
- event management,
- travel booking.
Often as businesses grow and evolve they tag new systems on as and when they need them: accounting packages, event management systems, CRM and email marketing systems for example. Often there can be a lot of duplication of effort as the systems within a business work against each other rather than working together in a joined-up seamless manner. At Lifeline PA Services we can help you unravel convoluted admin systems. We can cast a fresh pair of eyes over your business and help you install systems and procedures that work well together and that will give you a solid base to build and expand your business upon.
Our team is based near York in North Yorkshire but, due to the nature of the business, our clients don't have to be as we have no geographical boundaries. Give us a call for a friendly chat, Skype meeting or, if you do live near York, a meet up over a cuppa.
Personal profile of Alison Rothwell, Director
I have 2 children and am running my own business so leisure time is precious however when I do have time to unwind I enjoy reading. I have very eclectic tastes but especially Sci-Fi and Fantasy some of my favourite books are Tigana and the Fionovar Tapestry (Guy Gavriel Kay), The Lord of The Rings (Tolkien), Weaveworld and Imajica (Clive Barker) and Magician (Raymond Feist). I also read classics (Wuthering Heights and anything by Jane Austen are particular favourites), modern classics and the occasional thriller and crime novel.
I love cooking and baking, embroidery, dining out and socialising with friends and listening to rock music – some of my favourite bands include Styx, Journey, Aerosmith, Rush and ACDC – the louder the better!
