• It provides various well-being services to the local community, Schools, church communities and individuals.
• The services can be accessed online, face to face, over the telephone or via skype, zoom to make the service as accessible to all at a time suitable for you. 
• What One 2 one you matter offers:
• 1:1 Counselling or Coaching
• Training and Consultancy to schools and local communities and INSET training to staff in education and corporate team awareness.
• Training on mental health awareness, safeguarding
• Bespoke training packages that you can purchase such as 'anger management'. 'anxiety management' ' stress management', 'relationships' . 
• Face to face appointment post COVID19 at GP practice
• Face to face appointment In your own home
• Online- therapy / coaching to suit your needs via skype, zoom or via telephone if suitable to you.
