Business Description

Business Ally offers support to any small, medium, or large organisation who needs competent advice on managing their human resources challenges and their health, safety, and environmental risks.

Our advisors are always available via email or telephone. They can also visit your premises at times to suit you.  Typically, our services include a mix of remote and on-site support.  If you need us, we will never be far away. 

Our support packages will fit your requirements ranging from: pay as you go, one hour per month or, up to and exceeding 20-hours.  Your needs will depend on your individual business requirements.

Competent Human Resources Advice

We understand that dealing with Human Recourses (HR) issues can be time-consuming, inconvenient and, at times, stressful.  We give competent HR advice either at your premises or remotely via telephone or email.

  • Level 3 Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (NEBOSH)
  • D36 Identify previously acquired competence
  • ​Construction Skills Certificate Scheme - Qualified Person
  • MPQC Level 2 award in understanding safe working for contractors in extractive and building products industries sites
