I hate accounting! I know it needs to be done, but the whole business gets me down. My accountant has tried to cheer me up and jolly me into doing it, but the whole process had fallen behind because I hate doing it.

Then all of a sudden up pops a lovely jolly lady who offers to take this drudgery from me, they don't charge very much, and she even understands what bank reconciliations are - which I don't!

It sounded too good to be true but I gave it a try. And WOW am I glad I did! The accounts are now up to date, my accountant is purring, I can submit correct VAT returns, the management information makes sense. This has to be one of the best decisions I have made in ages. Thank you Carol - you are a star.

Just wanted to put on record my thanks and appreciation for what Carol and Mark do for the charity Child Aid to Eastern Europe . They have put their whole life & soul into this Charity and believe passionately in what it does . This shines through every time I see them , they are a massive supporter & ambassador for this cause .A lot of children are far better off as a direct result of what they have done .They have made a tremendous difference to some young lives.
