Business Description

I am happy to have a discussion on any nutrition/health related issue to see if I can help. Please check out my testimonials page for feedback from some of my clients at www.i-nutrition.co.uk/testimonials.

Outside of general discussions, the 7 specific areas that I help people in are:

1). General Health / Diet / Energy Improvement

  • Weight may not be an issue, but perhaps you struggle with poor sleep quality or a lack of energy. Maybe you have a poor diet that you need to improve on and/or food addictions that you feel you need to overcome in order to be healthier in the short, medium and long term, and to reduce the risk of illness as you age.
  • For more information, please see: www.i-nutrition.co.uk/for-general-improved-health-diet-and-lifestyle/

2). Weightloss Without Dieting

  • No fad unsustainable dieting. No pills, potions, shakes, meal replacements, counting points etc... I educate my clients and hold them accountable for change. I use methods that deal with the psychological side of losing weight as much as the physical side. I advocate the use of real food and knowledge in losing weight safely and sustainably.

3). Type 2 Diabetes Management and Reversal

  • For those that are at risk of Type 2 Diabetes, are pre-diabetic or perhaps a diagnosed Type 2 Diabetic, my programme can - at the very least - help you to manage your condition effectively. In many cases, remission is a strong possibility too.
  • For more information, please see: www.i-nutrition.co.uk/type-2-diabetes/

4). Free Sugar Awareness Workshops For KeyStage 2 Children

5). 'Healthy Diet, Healthy You' Workshops For KeyStage 2 Children

  • Children benefit from nutritional education from a young age, as this often sets in motion improved dietary habits as they progress in to their teens and in to adulthood. Sadly, for many children, their parents and peers are often poorly educated in nutrition. This makes early intervention with easy-to-assimilate, but effective, workshops absolutely essential for the short, medium and longterm wellbeing of the children.

6). 'Change Your Life In 60 Minutes' Health and Wellness Workshops For Junior and Senior School Teachers

  • Teachers often work long hours and are under considerable pressure and stress, and often their diet suffers as a result which then can result in poor sleep quality, poor energy levels and general poor health - and the resulting poor health makes dealing with stress more difficult, which then can lead to more sickness absence. In just 1 hour, I can educate groups of up to 30 teachers at a time in simple ways to improve their diet, their energy level and their health.

7). 'Change Your Life In 60 Minutes' Health and Wellness Workshops For Employees

  • Healthy employees are often happy employees that feel valued - and in turn are frequently more productive for, and loyal to, your business. In groups of up to 30 at a time, I can educate your staff in simple ways to improve their health and energy levels - all in just 60 minutes!

My Recommendations

'I was introduced to Neil by my son just at the right time, or should I say in the nick of time.

My weight had gradually been spiralling upwards and I was being an ostrich whilst being very aware of the dangers I may face. The dangers then became real when my doctor explained my blood pressure was high and blood sugars were going towards danger level. The real worry for me, was that this could lead to the dreaded type 2 diabetes.

The introduction to Neil by my son, I think was a life saver……literally.

After an in-depth consultation with Neil with me being completely open honest and frank, I felt like a weight had lifted. Talking to Neil was so easy as he is totally non-judgemental, professional, understanding and listens to you. He is great at allaying fears you have and explained clearly the journey ahead. For me the light switched on and a cloud lifted when Neil explained how he would tailor a plan for me, getting away from the standard diets I had tried and failed on in the past. We worked together and he developed an achievable exercise and meal plan which has supported, educated, encouraged and grown with me throughout this incredible journey.

With the support and guidance from Neil I’ve shed over 3 stone in body weight, now enjoy regular exercise and have loads more energy. I’m in all round better health and most important of all my blood pressure and blood sugar levels are now normal. This is such a great feeling for me and I can’t recommend Neil enough to anybody who needs to re-look at their life style. With Neil’s expertise, knowledge, care and support you will find the journey and the experience a complete life changer.

Thank you Neil for everything.'
