If you need  a HR Consultant to help you with a project or a problem, I can help. I have a law degree and 20 years experience in Employment Law and Human Resources advice, working across many industries, so whatever type of business you are, I can assist you. 

I am a true generalist and can cover all areas of employment law and HR. Many clients may need help with a problem employee or need to update their contracts/handbook. I can also cover TUPE, job design, restructures and redundancy and any  other general HR activities.

As a Human Resources Specialist I am able to create any HR policies you may require in line with your project, identify opportunities to enhance the people side of your business and work with you on implementing any changes to your organisation. This can include coaching and training of managers.
