Procla was established in 2003 by Tony Douglass, a property development entrepreneur who has been passionate about property since his teens and boasts a strong track record of successful project delivery.
Tony has a degree in electrical and mechanical engineering and has worked all over the country, managing major installation projects for some of the UK’s biggest companies. He also established and later sold his own successful electrical contracting business, which specialised in electrical work for commercial and domestic clients. On reflection, he believes all this gave him the grounding for what he does today.
“I’ve been fortunate to do a range of jobs that have given me a really good foundation both in electrical engineering and project management link to project management, and the latter in particular is what enables me to offer such an outstanding service link to our services to the individuals and organisations I support with property projects,” he explained.
“Coupled with my personal experience of buying, renovating and selling a variety of properties over the years, this means I can create a really precise outline of a project from the outset and ensure it is delivered on time, and on budget.
“I form a detailed understanding of what my client wants to achieve and then plan all the elements very specifically from concept to completion, including health and safety dependencies, leaving no stone unturned when it comes to ensuring any project runs smoothly.”
A family man based in South Cave, East Yorkshire, Tony is a person of integrity who believes in doing the right thing, to the highest standard.
“I feel very fortunate to work with people who share my vision,” he said.
“And I’m proud of the fact they are happy to entrust me with projects which really matter to them, knowing that I will achieve results which are second-to-none. That’s what makes me tick.”
What am I looking for:
1. I want to work with people that have property projects, but need help executing properly. The bigger and more challenging the project better.
2. To work with people that have a interest in making money for property, but need help getting started.
3. To work with home owners to renovate, build and extended there properties.
