Andrew Linton is Head of Litigation and a Partner at Buss Murton Law LLP. He specialises in Employment Law both for employees and for employers. This includes helping employees understand their rights and assisting where there have been issues relating to termination of employment or employer’s equal opportunity policies. Likewise, as the relationship between a business and its employees has become increasingly complex and highly regulated, most businesses need regular help in navigating their way through what can be a minefield. Andrew and his team play an integral role in helping businesses understand their legal obligations and assist with all aspects of employment procedures from the initial terms of employment to supporting through difficult procedures such such as redundancies, terminations and compromise agreements, disciplinary, dismissal and grievance issues.
Andrew joined Buss Murton Law in 1995 and currently sits on the firm’s Management Board.
