How to use the Admin system 

Please watch this 3 minute Video that will show you how to use our online administration system to input and track referrals. To view this in Full screen mode just click on the 'full screen icon that you will see on the bottom right hand side of the blue control panel. To go back to normal size just press the 'Esc' key on your keyboard

Referral Manager Information

Thank you for taking on the very important role of Referral Manger at your BoB club. BoB club's main function is to help our members generate quality referrals for each other and tracking each referral that is passed allows us and each member to monitor the return on their investment.

At each meeting

• Collect the Pink Copy of each referral that is passed
• Annouce the total number of referrals that have been passed
• Encourage members to also add the referrals that they pass to the admin system themselves either from a PC or their SmartPhone at www.bobclubs.com/mobile

After Each Meeting

• Login to the BoB online Admin system by clicking on the Leadersip Team Login Button that you will see at the top right side of www.bobclubs.com website or click here >>  Login
• Enter each referral onto the system
• Once a Month print out the incomplete referrals report and take it to the meeting so that members can update the status of each referral
• Login and update the status of each of those referrals
