Business Description
HSL Building Services is a building company with a difference. We build, renovate and fix properties from the roof to the ground covering all areas right up to the final finish. We work with all of our customers to ensure that they get exactly what they want and need to make all of our projects succeed.
We have a written code of conduct that all staff and sub-contractors are required to sign and agree to uphold. This is to ensure that all staff behave appropriately and with respect for the customer. It is also vital to any large project that we work with all of the neighbours so that we can minimise the disruption caused to them with large deliveries and an increase in the vehicles that will be around.
We work closely with all of our suppliers. This enables us to design and install bathrooms and kitchens to an exacting standard. We will only use Gas Safe registered plumbers and qualified electricians within any project.
We are a forward looking and innovative company and can offer a flat roofing system that uses GRP (Glass fibre Reinforced Plastic) that gives a 20 year guarantee. This takes the concerns of flat roofing that people have often felt away as the estimated life of a GRP roof exceeds that of a traditional pitched roof.
And we never disappear. We feel strongly that once a customer has used us they are a customer for life. If any concerns or issues arise we are but a phone call away.

My Recommendations
Having visited Dan on site at a customers project I was most impressed, having 12 staff on site that day they were all courteous and polite and the rules that Dan drills into them give the right impression, having heard Dan talk about the site rules was one thing but to see them in action was impressive!
I have also met with Dan's Client who was full of Praise and I have no hesitation in recommending him for large and small Projects, give him a call.
