Here at JBD Fitness and Dance,
We can help you look better, feel better and move better, through fitness dance and nutrition. We currently run a wonderful mix of in person and online classes, which range from Fitness Pilates to resistance training for midlife ladies, and from dance fitness to kettlebells.
My members are feeling empowered, strong, supported and are losing inches and weight, and feeling so much fitter. Why not come along and join us for fitness, friendship and fun in equal measures, we are focused on helping others as much as possible reach their true potential, whether that be helping people with body transformation through course like Lift Lean or our accountability packages, simply enjoy regular exercise sessions or to create magical moments through services such as our bespoke wedding choreography service.
We also host regular empowerment day events where you can take some time out to really focus on yourself, always set in beautiful locations. Many of my members say how life changing joining our classes has been and how our online community is so valuable to them, and always look forward to empowerment events.
Who am I?
My name is Jo, I am a fitness professional, a mommy, a daughter, a wife and a friend.
Many of you will know I struggled for 10 years before I was able to carry a successful pregnancy and achieve one of my biggest goals on life to become a mommy.
My daughter is now 3 and half and I am still on a journey to regain my full fitness. So, whilst I have an absolute passion to help people become their best selves.. I am still working each and every day of becoming my best self too... and not just in terms of fitness (though that is certainly a part).
Since January this year I’ve been working hard on my fitness and nutrition, but allowed myself May (my birthday month) to maintain before I had another push to get those pesky pounds and inches that I continue to carry.
You see , JBD fitness and dance means the absolute works to me as it means I get to work with wonderful people in a daily basis, but sometimes I forget to focus on myself.. so right now the key is balance!!!
Our little fitness family has such a community spirit.. my members support one Another and lift one another up, I’ve seen this time after time after time... and gosh whilst we are in a pandemic you guys blow me away and even more so now we have our lift lean community too.
Never in a million years did I think we would be working online but here we are, running a mix of in person and online classes and getting excited about bringing back some empowerment days soon too.
I love my fitness family and I’m so proud of all they are achieving right now and the wonderful way they support one another.
I am so happy and grateful that we are able to stay connected and lift one another in such a positive way.
