Ian really is the man! He was kind enough to consider my needs and suggest the best printer for me based on amount of printing, despite the fact that it wasn't one of his printers because I don't need it...real integrity! He also had a look at my broken printer for me to see if he could fix it. A real gem of a man!

I placed a call to Ian on a Friday morning, explaining that my father urgently required a new printer after his main office system had crashed. Although Ian was on a day off, he arranged for me to be able to collect a loan machine later that day and get it installed so that my father's office could get back to work. The following Friday, after talking with the office and explaining their needs in greater detail, Ian arranged for a new contract and installation to be booked for the following Monday morning. WBS look after my printer and their service is above and beyond anything i have ever had before. Their engineers are normally here within 20 minutes when i have reported a problem. Lets 11 was stuck in an absolutely disgusting contract with a rival company and Ian came to our office and helped us get out of the contract. He also loaned us a machine while ours was out of action and i cannot praise him highly enough for the service he supplies. It is above and beyond anything i have ever had before with other printer companies. His maintenance service is second to none and he is normally in our office within half an hour for any repairs. I cannot rate his company highly enough.

I was one of those people who used a standard printer from Tesco & often had to drive out to get replacement ink cartridges late at night when one ran out . I was probably spending £40/50 pm on new ink.
Didn't think Ian would be interested in helping as my volume of scanning and printing was low, I thought, as I worked from home .
After hearing what Ian said I purchased an Olivetti scanner printer copier from him and my investment has paid off within 6 months and no more rushing out at Midnight.

Meet with Ian to discuss my photocopier needs & thought the amount I was spending each month on cartridge inks in the supermarket was normal.
He has sorted me out with a more efficient piece of equipment & I will be spending a lot less each month in Sainsbury's as well as not having to rush up there at 10.00pm to get a new cartridge as one had just run out.
