Rosemary East Kent is owned and run by Steve Booth and Justine Crane.
Steve is a Member of the International Association of Bookkeepers (MIAB). Having completed a degree in Business Studies specialising in Financial Planning and Control, he worked for a firm of Accountants and then spent some time teaching bookkeeping and business administration, before working for Lloyd’s of London.
For the last 20 years Steve worked for the Kent & Essex Police Serious Crime Directorate as a Financial Crime Analyst and is an accredited Financial Investigator, having worked on a number of high profile fraud and money laundering cases. In 2014 Steve completed an MSc in Forensic Accounting.
Justine is a Certified Accountant (FCCA) and has until recently worked for Lloyds’ of London having spent 25 years in various roles within the Financial Reporting, Control & Review teams. As part of her duties she was responsible for the preparation and review of statutory financial statements, interim and year end project management, internal controls and producing the Group’s VAT return. Justine is a highly self-motivated and skilled accounting professional with a demonstrated history in the Financial Services Sector.
In late 2018 both Steve and Justine took the opportunity to purchase the Rosemary Bookkeeping Franchise to improve their work life balance and to be able to spend more time with their son Aidan.
