I started LBA Associates to provide Consultancy and Leadership Coaching / Development, leveraging the 39 years of experience I have gained through my career. I work with individuals and organisations, with the aim to help people understand themselves, become more productive and focussed, and lead themselves and their organisations to be the best they can be.

On the coaching and development side, I am working as an Associate with Leadership Management International (LMI) UK.

The leadership programmes that LMI deliver, have been shaped by 60 years of experience to help people develop and reach their full potential, to lead and manage themselves, their teams and organisations in really practical ways.

We help our clients achieve attitude and behavioural change through a unique process that uses multi-sensory learning and spaced repetition.
