I can wholeheartedly recommend Vanessa's guided anxiety meditations. The beautiful combination of voice and sound supports you to feel grounded and calm. After each meditation I came away with a renewed sense of peace and a phrase or deceptively simple practice that I could take with me throughout my day. After a week I was more aware of any anxiety as it arose and could easily employ practices from the meditation before it grew.
