Sadly I recently spilled tea on my laptop. The computer didn’t like it! James came to collect it the day after my call for help and searched high and wide to find a replacement keyboard, trying out several which were similar but slightly different , so no good. Thanks to James’ perseverance he managed to locate the replacement keyboard and I’m now back in action with a working laptop.

Matthew has been helping with my book-keeping, preparing my accounts for my accountant and my Receipt Bank bank software. Since commencing with his help the annual stress of doing my accounts has become a thing of the past :-D

Martin came and gave us a very fair quotation for our bifold doors and gave us an extra discount for having a new front door installed at the same time.

He and his colleague worked tirelessly all day making a perfect job even though the old door removal caused marks on the plasterwork. Martin put surrounding fitting panels over these marks making the whole finish perfect.
When he left he made sure the house was clean and spotless afterwards.

Colin has designed my business cards. Many people have commented on how good they look. I think they are the best looking cards in my whole 40 years in professional practice.

Dave came initially to give advice on our heating system which was very noisy. When he came with his colleague, he gave his expertise on servicing the boiler and now we have a quiet system.
