I have over 12 years experience working as a senior trainer, therapist and tutor, in exercise and rehabilitation and have made significant contributions as a Physical Training and Rehabilitation Instructor in the Armed Forces. Working with those that are new to fitness or have general aches and pains to amputees with life changing injuries get back into a positive routine and find their new "normal". My goal is to help people take charge of their health and realise their full potential through looking good, feeling good and living longer.
Not only do I help fix people for the here and now, I also work with them to provide a future of health and longevity free from pain, tension and restricted movement.
