We also cover other areas of law, such as, Company & Commercial, Employment, Property, Litigation & Dispute Resolution.

We handle cases across a broad spectrum, from standard cases to more complex cases.

Our complex Wills might include Discretionary Trusts, Life Interests, and Disabled or Vulnerable Persons Trusts. 

Our dispute work often involves Contract disputes, Contentious Probate, Estate disputes, Executor Disputes, and Director or Partnership disputes. 

Our Commercial Law service includes contract drafting and advice, loan advice, Personal Guarantees, Business Wills and Commercial Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Our Employment Law service includes advice on Settlement Agreements, Compromise Agreements, Wrongful and Unfair Dismissals.

Our Property Law service includes Property Transfers, Form ID1, Assents, Declarations of Trust, Occupier's Consents and loan advice.

We also offer a Welfare service, where we can assist clients with applications for Attendance Allowance, Blue Badges, Personal Independent Payment, Disability Living Allowance, Employment & Support Allowance and Universal Credit.
