After 5 years of working in the fitness industry I found that I really enjoyed the dramatic impact it can have on people's lives.
Some of the people I have coached include; complete beginner to compete in powerlifting and Strong Man competitions and to climb mountains and completing The Yorkshire Three Peaks despite not having any cartilage in his knees. Other exploits include taking a 25 stone woman to lose 5 stone and then to compete in amateur Strong Woman competitions, she has placed 2nd at two competitions and lifted a car for 25 reps in a minute.
Last year I trained 2 of my clients to complete The Yorkshire Three Peaks and in doing so we raised £773 for the mental health charity, Mind. This year clients trained hard again to do The Three Peaks and helped to raise over £1,400.
I have spoke at public events and hosted seminars my most recent was The Blurred Line event which hosted a total of 800 people.
I particularly want to work with people who have frequent bouts of anxiety and depression. I believe that because of my own experiences with these mental illnesses and currently enabling clients to move forward with theirs that I am the number one person to get the best results from people.
