Business Description

I am a qualified Solicitor with over 25 years experience of providing specialist Employment Law, HR and Mediation services to employers of all sizes in business in Kent, London and the South-East. I operate from my own practice, Sunley Solicitors Ltd, based in Whitstable Kent. Sunley Solicitors Ltd is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

My background is working as an in-house lawyer for George Wimpey PLC, one of the UK's largest construction and house-building companies. I was also a partner and head of department for the London Law Firm, Steeles Law, where I have acted for SME's, trade unions, charities and NGO's and senior employees.

In providing expert legal advice to my employer clients, I build long-term relationships through an understanding of each client's business needs and objectives so that I can provide industry-specific advice and assistance as it becomes relevant.  In doing so I aim to contribute to their growth and success through the development of incentivised employees; capable management; expert handling of work grievances and disputes and the avoidance of expensive employment litigation.
